Briggs Luisa Negr\u00f3n<\/strong> spent the fall 2022 semester at NYU Madrid. She\u2019s a junior majoring in Journalism and Social and Cultural Analysis with a minor in Creative She chose Madrid to improve her Spanish and learn more about Spain as her family is Puerto Rican and has some Spanish background. She\u2019s also very interested in the queer communities in Madrid and learning about these groups in Chueca and Lavapies, two neighborhoods with significant queer populations.
