This is getting interesting. The tiff between Keller and Miller is approaching the level of soap opera entertainment. As the great Kurtwood Smith once said on the 70's Show, "There's only one way to settle this: nine rounds of bare-knuckle boxing!"
But seriously, why are we reading this stuff? Is it the right thing for the Times to do? I understand the whole transparency thing, but airing all of their dirty laundry might not be the best idea in this case - that is unless you are a blogger searching for something to write about. Check out what Miller had to say in response to Keller's memo. Of course, Miller is just defending herself, but shouldn't this conversation happen behind closed doors? It seems to me that this whole transparency thing - for the most part a good thing in my opinion - is creating a lot of unprofessional activity in the mainstream media.
