Global warming is one of those issues where there is generally accepted scientific evidence, and then on the other side, there are crackpot theories, and plain denials that really don’t make much sense. Kind of like when Thabo Mbeki claimed that AIDS didn’t exist.

It’s incredibly hard to write a good article about an issue like this – obviously it can’t be all one-sided, but you can’t give equal time to scientific fact, and opinion. This article does a pretty good job of presenting the facts, while still giving the opinion of the Bush administration, and setting it aside as pure opinion. It’s not perfect, but it’s pretty good – and it definitely shows that “balanced” doesn’t always equal “fair.”
