Turns out Elizabethtown really is just a fiasco. One of my favorite film/music/book review sites, The AV Club, also plays host to one of my favorite blogs, and this is a big part of what makes it so good. Once or twice a week, Nathan Rabin takes on infamous flops, disects their failure, and determines whether or not they deserve their bad reputations. So far he's covered Cameron Crowe's Elizabethtown, the Ben Stiller and Jack Black vehicle Envy, Elaine May's Ishtar, the ensemble comedy/musical What a Way To Go! and Steven Spielberg's 1941.
