I Heart Gawker

Not even Google is safe from the snarky comments of Gawker.

I personally love how Google personalizes its website based on the day. It brings a little joy to going and researching for school or work.

Today, I didn’t even look twice at their design, partially because I am dateless on this Valentines Day and everywhere I look are hearts and roses, but also partially because the snow just made me want to crawl back into bed.

But Gawker pointed out something I missed. Google had become Googe . NO L!

Of course, others noticed as well. And people actually emailed Goggle about it. They responded with, This is a new and edgy design and i think it looks fab - i hope you agree. The stem is the L? Sure sure. You forgot. Plain and simple.

This is why I love bloggers and blogs. It’s your job to point out things like that and entertain me on this otherwise gloomy and dark snowy day. Not to mention all the other 364 days a year. Keep up the snark and ragging on everyone. As long as it’s not me.

Here is the image, in case you didn't notice the first time you Googed something today.
