The Smoking Gun reports that Universal considers the image "stolen" and is "directing the U.S. Marshall to seize" all the copyrighted imagery.

I guess P*r*z forgot that stealing images is not a good thing. Then again, it's not like Gawker doesn't take potshots when they can.
