Jailed Blogger Case Like An Episode of "Lost"

The jailed blogger is out.

Hooray.

After spending 226 days in jail, Josh Wolf has released the "controversial" videotape on his blog.

He reportedly gave up the videotape in return for not testifying. As one can see, there is absolutely nothing controversial on the videotape and it also shows he was not the only person videotaping the events.

Apparently, that was the point of his jail journey.

And like an episode of "Lost," this annoyingly brings up more questions than it does answers.

Why wouldn't he testify? Why did the judge want Wolf's videotape? Why did the judge want him to testify? Why did it take 226 days to reach this conclusion?

Hmmm.

I'll go with the humanity is almost extinct conspiracy theory for this one.

Why do we consider him a journalist? Why was he championed by web journos? When will "Heroes" come back on? What does this have to do with "Lost" when he's just a dot-com-er (wow, lots of dashes) who saw an opportunity and exploited it? How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

At least we know the answer to one of those many questions. Well, actually, two of those questions.
